Go ACH Notifications
Go ACH notifications are the in-app inbox of system-generated messages — most importantly alerts when a recurring payment fails or a transaction needs attention. Each message shows the detail (client, amount, error) and a timestamp.
Controls
Notification controls
- Pencil icon — open or mark a message.
- ✖ icon — dismiss or delete a message.
Open the inbox from the Notifications footer link after you sign in at login.goach.com.
Steps
How to handle a notification
- Click Notifications in the footer.
- Read each message — failed recurring payments include the client, amount, and error.
- Take action on the underlying issue (e.g. fix the recurrence or bank details).
- Dismiss the message with the ✖ icon once handled.
