The Go ACH Transaction Report

The Go ACH transaction report is the master ledger of every ACH transfer. Use it to review history, check payment status, filter by date range, status, user, or vendor, and export the results. Set your dates, pick a vendor, then click Update Report.

Filters

Filters in the top strip

  • Start Date / End Date — limit the list to a date window.
  • Status — All, Funded, Processed, NSF, Returned, Cancelled, or Invalid.
  • Filter — free-text search (e.g. a client name).
  • User — show only transactions created by a specific user.
  • Vendor — choose the funding account (All, ABC Funding Main, Go ACH, Test Account).
  • Update Report / Download — apply the filters / export the results to a file.

What the results table shows

Each row is one transaction. Columns include Vendor, Client, Type (debit/credit), “To”, Account #, Originated & Effective dates, Status, TXN ID, Amount, Return date, RCode, NOCCode, Notes, Description, and Custom fields. Click any column header to sort. The Total row sums the amount of the filtered transactions.

How to view and export transactions

  • Set the Start and End dates and pick a Vendor.
  • Optionally choose a Status or type in the Filter box.
  • Click Update Report to refresh the list.
  • Click a column header to sort; click Download to export.
  • Use New ACH transaction to create a transfer, or ACH Recurrences to manage schedules.

How do I view my ACH transaction history in Go ACH?
Open the Transactions tab, set a date range and vendor, then click Update Report to load the ledger of transfers.

What do the transaction statuses mean?
Statuses include Funded, Processed, NSF (insufficient funds), Returned, Cancelled, and Invalid — each reflects where the transfer is in its lifecycle.

How do I filter transactions by date or vendor?
Use the Start/End date fields and the Vendor dropdown in the top filter strip, then click Update Report.

How do I export the ACH report?
Click the Download button in the filter strip to export the filtered results to a file for reconciliation or compliance.
