Go ACH User Guide
Go ACH Security Settings
Go ACH security settings centralize the protections on your account: two-factor authentication via Authy, password management, IP whitelisting, and a record of recent logins. Open the Security footer link to manage them all.
Overview
What’s on the Security screen
- Two-Factor Authentication — uses the Authy app. Click Enable 2FA to set it up and Backup Codes for fallback codes if you lose your device.
- Password — shows when it was last changed and the date you must change it by; click Change Password to update.
- IP Whitelist — click Whitelist to restrict access to specific IP addresses.
- Login and IP Information — your current and previous login times and IP addresses, so you can spot unexpected access.
Steps
How to enable two-factor authentication
- Click Security in the footer.
- Click Enable 2FA and follow the Authy setup; save your Backup Codes.
- Use Change Password before the required-by date.
- Review the Login and IP Information for anything unfamiliar.
Complete password and 2FA changes yourself on this screen — never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone. To require 2FA for everyone, use the Organization Security options in Go ACH preferences, and review who has access via manage users in Go ACH.
