Go ACH Reports
Go ACH reports give you five focused views into your ACH activity: Returns, Deposit, Net Funded, Return Ratio, and NOC. Click a report tile, set a date range and filters, then run and export the results for reconciliation or compliance.
The five report types
- Returns Report — transactions returned by the bank (e.g. NSF, closed account), with their return codes (RCodes).
- Deposit Report — funds deposited/settled into your account over a period.
- Net Funded Report — net funding (credits minus debits/returns), what actually landed.
- Return Ratio Report — your return rate (returns as a percentage of volume), key to staying within network thresholds.
- NOC Report — Notifications of Change, corrected bank account details the network sent back so you can update them.
What are ACH return codes?
Return codes (RCodes) are standardized codes the banking network sends when a transfer fails — for example, insufficient funds (NSF) or a closed account. The Returns Report lists each returned transaction with its code so you can act on it. For definitions of every code, see our complete ACH return codes reference.
How to run a report
- Click Reports in the top navigation (or the Reports tile on the Go ACH dashboard).
- Click the report you want to run.
- Set the date range and any filters, then run/refresh the report.
- Export the report if you need it for reconciliation or compliance.
Watch the Return Ratio Report — an excessive return rate can put your ACH program at risk under NACHA network rules. You can auto-disable programs that exceed a threshold in Go ACH preferences.
